What we collect
SunBlades stores the account details you provide and the lawn information needed to personalize guidance, including property location, lawn notes, tasks, and progress entries. When you choose to upload a lawn photo, we store that photo with your lawn record.
How photos and AI are used
Uploaded lawn photos may be sent to our AI service providers to identify visible lawn conditions and generate guidance for your account. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect; review recommendations before acting and follow product labels and local requirements.
How we use information
We use your information to operate SunBlades, generate weather-aware and photo-guided recommendations, maintain your lawn history, secure the service, and respond to support or lawn-review inquiries. We do not sell personal information.
Access, deletion, and questions
You can request help with your account or ask us to delete your account data through the lawn review and support form. Include the email address for the account so we can locate the request safely.
